Paramedics and control centre staff touch people's lives on a daily basis. The emergency care and support provided by our staff in difficult and stressful situations often leaves a lasting impression on patients and their families.

Letters are provided directly to staff, with a copy placed on their personal file. Feedback from the public is much appreciated by all NSW Ambulance personnel.
If you would like to thank a paramedic, control centre officer or other staff member please provide as much detail as possible regarding the incident, including the date, time and address of the incident, reason for emergency call and names of staff involved (if names are not known, the NSW Ambulance is able to identify the relevant officers using internal records.)
