Thank a Paramedic

Paramedics and control centre staff touch people's lives on a daily basis. The emergency care and support provided by our staff in difficult and stressful situations often leaves a lasting impression on patients and their families.

The NSW Ambulance is often contacted by members of the public wishing to personally thank the staff involved in providing treatment or assistance. To help this process, letters of appreciation may be sent to the NSW Ambulance State Headquarters by email or mail:

Locked Bag 105
Rozelle NSW 2039

Letters are provided directly to staff, with a copy placed on their personal file. Feedback from the public is much appreciated by all NSW Ambulance personnel.

If you would like to thank a paramedic, control centre officer or other staff member please provide as much detail as possible regarding the incident, including the date, time and address of the incident, reason for emergency call and names of staff involved (if names are not known, the NSW Ambulance is able to identify the relevant officers using internal records.)

090422tottenham Ambulance welcomes letters of thanks from community members who wish to thank operations centre staff, paramedics, patient transport officers or corporate employees.
