Paramedic Recruitment
Paramedics respond to Triple Zero (000) emergency calls and provide emergency treatment, life-saving stabilisation and transport of ill or injured people to hospital.
As Australia's leading ambulance service, we are currently recruiting trainee paramedics and qualified paramedics and intensive care paramedics to join our emergency health care team.
The selection process for paramedics is highly competitive and generally takes four months or less to complete.
To apply, download the information booklet and qualified or trainee application form from our website. Ensure you read the application information carefully before preparing your application.
Qualified
Paramedics and Intensive Care Paramedics
If you are currently employed in the ambulance industry you could be employed as a qualified paramedic or intensive care paramedic. You would need to meet the appropriate clinical level, experience and successfully progress through our recruitment processes.
The Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Committee reviews and recognises the qualifications and prior experience. We can also individually assess the qualifications, scope of practice and relevant experience of interstate and international applicants against those required by us.
