Paying an Account

Medicare does not cover ambulance costs.

Below are the options available to you to assist with payment of your ambulance invoice:

Post BillPayBy Post Billpay
Pay in person at any post office or go to www.postbillpay.com.au.

 

Post BillPayBy BPay
Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque, saving or credit card account. For more information go to www.bpay.com.au.

 

By Phone
Call 13 18 16 and have your savings, cheque or credit card details ready.

By Mail
Post the payment section of your invoice with your cheque or money order made payable to the Ambulance Service of NSW or complete the payment section of your invoice with your credit card details.

Take your invoice to any Post office and pay by cash, cheque or credit card.

Please note the person treated by ambulance officers (ie the patient) is responsible for paying any fees associated with their treatment and/or transport, regardless of whether or not they were the individual who requested an ambulance.
