Kyle and Jackie O brought back their incredible 'Triple Zero Heroes' segment, which pays tribute to the unsung heroes who take our emergency calls as they play back audio from real life incidents.
Background:
A group of 15 years old boys were riding their BMX bikes on a track at Canobolas when one of the boys didn’t make a jump and landed on his head/neck. His mate Ethan, grabbed a mobile and called triple zero immediately – the call taker and Ethan established the situation and Ethan took amazing care of his best mate, taking control and directing adults and other friends to take on different roles to help.
He worked with our fabulous call taker Alexia until the paramedics arrived.
